The Equestrian Manager develops, implements, and manages all aspect of the council's equestrian program and herd. She/he is responsible for routine care and maintenance of the herd, developing and adhering to budget, managing and directing participants and volunteers, and working the equestrian program during summer resident camp. EOE.
Job Qualifications
• Degree in equine or animal science and/or documented experience in equine care and maintenance.
• Documented experience in the development and implementation of a formal equestrian riding program.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of Girl Scout programming is desirable.
• Minimum age of 21.
